So, Birthdays to me are like New Years, it is the time that I reflect on my life, make goals that I will never think of again and beat myself up for the goals that I didn’t reach from the last Birthday(even if I don’t remember what they are). So this year since I am one year wiser and actually in my 30’s now, I thought I would write a few of these goals down. So here are the 31 things I would like to accomplish in my 31st year. I hope to check in from time to time to let you all know how this list is going.
1. Dance more
2. Make a sourdough starter and use it
3. Read a whole book in a month
4. Better my photography/ get paid for a shoot
5. Learn to knit
6. Learn how to use photoshop
7. Learn to change a tire
8. Teach a yoga class
9. Run another half marathon
10. Lose 50 lbs
11. Do yoga 6 days a week for one month
12. Eat vegetarian for one month
13. Keep a daily routine for a month (hopefully it will catch on and last longer)
14. Make infused vodka
15. take a day to do nothing and try not to feel guilty
16. learn at least 2 recipes by heart
17. take more pictures with my holga, develop more film
18. make soap
19. go to a movie alone
20. Live more green (compost, buy green products, etc…)
21. use my sewing machine at least twice
22. Ride my bike to Indigo most shifts and to National at least twice
23. Make a pie from scratch
24. Make jam
26. Get a record player
27. Make pickles
28. Blog about our upcoming adventures
29. Start to map out my business idea
30. Volunteer
31. Live each day to its fullest!!!
