I have been reading about food and talking about food and eating food for a really long time!! I love the topic, I want to know where my food comes from, I am on a quest to eat the best I can. I am not always the best at this. It is a challenge because Mike and I eat very differently. I read lables and try to eat unprocessed food as much as I can. Where my food comes from is important to me, I love to go to the farmers market and talk to the farmers, ask questions, get ideas of how to use their produce. It is so cool how exited they are to share. Here is a challenge for all of you, try eating unprocessed foods! What is an unprocessed food you ask, unprocessed food is any food that could be made by a person with reasonable skill in a home kitchen with readily available, whole-food ingredients.

If you don't think you can do it, I challenge you to at least pay attention to the labels of your food, what is your food, where did it come from. Please let me know if you plan on doing this!! I will share some things I make while on this challenge:)
